Is it 18+?

Yep. You’ll need one of the following to get in:

• Aussie Driver’s Licence (with photo)

• Passport

• WA Proof of Age Card

🚫 No expired IDs, photos, or renewal slips. Just the real deal.

Can I come and go?

No pass-outs. Once you’re in, you’re in. Leave = home time.

I can’t make it anymore, can I resell my ticket?

Do you have a refund policy?

No refunds. Can’t make it? Use Tixel to resell your ticket.

Do I need my name on the ticket?

Yes. Security will check that your ID matches the name on your ticket.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

Yes – only via our official resale partner, Tixel. Use the Private Sale option for transfers to friends.

Lost your ticket?

No stress – we can find it at the gate with your ID and email.

Can I use Buy Now Pay Later?

Absolutely. Afterpay & Zip Pay available at checkout.

🚆 GETTING TO SNACK

Is public transport included?

Yep – your ticket includes free rides on all Transperth services before and after the event.

🚉 Showgrounds Station will be open.

Can I drive?

Sure – but parking is super limited and roads will be busy.

We recommend train, rideshare or teleportation.

What can I bring?

• Ticket (on phone is fine – just turn brightness up)

• Valid ID

• Empty water bottle (hydration stations everywhere)

• Charged phone + portable charger

• Your most iconic fit

• Card/tap device (we’re fully cashless)

• Positive energy

What’s not allowed?

🚫 Outside food or drink

🚫 Alcohol

🚫 Glass, weapons, or illegal items

🚫 Professional camera gear

Can I pay with cash?

Nope – we’re cashless. Use card/tap, or grab a pre-loaded Bar Card at the merch tent.

Is there free water?

Of course. Stay hydrated.

Is there food and drinks?

Yep! You’ll find food trucks, Red Rooster, and 11+ bars & beer gardens including:

Cloakroom?

Yep – available at the front gate.
