Can I come and go?
No pass-outs. Once you’re in, you’re in. Leave = home time.

Do you have a refund policy?
No refunds. Can’t make it? Use Tixel to resell your ticket.
Do I need my name on the ticket?
Yes. Security may check that your ID matches the name on your ticket.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
Yes – only via our official resale partner, Tixel. Use the Private Sale option for transfers to friends.
Lost your ticket?
No stress – we can find it at the gate with your ID and email.
Can I use Buy Now Pay Later?
Absolutely. Afterpay & Zip Pay available at checkout.

Is public transport included?
Yep – your ticket includes free rides on all Transperth services before and after the event.
🚉 Showgrounds Station will be open.
Can I drive?
Sure – but parking is super limited and roads will be busy.
We recommend train, rideshare or teleportation.

Can I pay with cash?
Nope – we’re cashless. Use card/tap, or grab a pre-loaded Bar Card at the merch tent.

Of course. Stay hydrated.
Is there food and drinks?
Yep! You’ll find food trucks, Red Rooster, and 11+ bars & beer gardens including:

Yep – available at merch tent.

What SHOULD I WEAR?
Come creative. Come comfy.
We just ask that you wear shoes (seriously).
Thongs and shorts are completely acceptable.
DRESS STANDARDS
SNACK reserves the right to refuse admission or service to any person or persons failing to comply with the following dress requirements:
Footwear to be worn at all times
A patron wearing any ‘colours’ or ‘insignia’ signifying belonging to any Outlaw MotorCycle clubs (OMC’s) or another group as designated by Police, is prohibited from entering or being in the Venue. This includes jackets, T-shirts, scarves, waistcoats, caps, patches etc that indicate a patron belongs to any of such OMC’s or groups.

Where’s first aid?
Located next to the main gate and also next to the train station.
IS THERE A Chill Out Zone?
Yes, the Drug Aware Chill Out Zone is located next to the train station.
What if I feel unsafe or unwell?
Please find a member of our team, or head to First Aid or the Chill Out Zone above.
Our staff are trained, non-judgmental, and ready to help.
LOST PROPERTY
I’ve lost something, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
For all Lost Property enquiries, contact RASWA on 08 62633100.
Lost Property can be collected Mon - Fri between 8.30am and 4pm from the RASWA Admin Building for 1 week following the event.
ENJOY RESPONSIBLY
SNACK is a licensed area and as such, alcohol may only be consumed with the following provisions:
Alcoholic beverages must not be taken from the venue/licensed premises
No external alcoholic beverages will be permitted entry into the venue/licensed premises
Intoxicated persons will be refused entry/evicted from the venue
It is an offence to purchase liquor for or supply to a minor
SNACK reserves the right to refuse admission to and eject from the Event without compensation to any entrant, whose conduct is deemed to be unlawful, disorderly or offensive, or who is not entitled to attend the event. This can include those who are intoxicated, violent, quarrelsome, disorderly or maybe drug-affected or in possession of illegal drugs/substance drugs.
